Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Cutrig) and GreenScapes VA, Ltd. By creating an account or using Cutrig, you agree to them. If you are using Cutrig on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to agree on its behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Your data belongs to you

Everything you put into Cutrig is yours — your customers, your prices, your job history, your photos. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to your customers.

We use it only to run the service for you: storing it, showing it back to you, and sending the emails you ask us to send.

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it, at any time. Write to us and we will do it.

4. Your customers' information

Cutrig stores information about your customers — names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, and the work you did for them. You are responsible for having the right to collect and store that information, and for using it lawfully. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf.

5. Free plan and paid plans

Some plans are free, with limits (for example, a maximum number of customers). We may change what the free plan includes, but we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before we start charging you or before we reduce what your existing plan includes.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan runs until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for time already elapsed, but if we get something wrong, write to us and we will make it right.

6. Payments to you, and what they cost

If you use Cutrig to accept card payments, those payments are processed by Stripe, and money goes directly to your own account. We never hold your money. When you set up payments you will accept Stripe's own agreement, which is separate from this one.

Stripe charges you a processing fee on every payment. As of September 2026 the standard US rate is 2.9% + $0.30 per successful card transaction. Bank (ACH) payments are 0.8%, capped at $5.00. International cards, manually entered cards and currency conversion cost more. These are Stripe's prices and Stripe can change them — the current rates are always at stripe.com/pricing.

Cutrig adds nothing on top of that. We do not take a percentage of your payments. If that ever changes, we will tell you plainly and by email before it takes effect — never in fine print.

You do not have to accept card payments at all. Cutrig works just as well if your customers pay you by check, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal or cash — those cost you nothing and we never see them.

Disputes and chargebacks from your customers are between you and them.

7. What Cutrig is not

Cutrig helps you keep records. It does not give legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Records you keep in Cutrig — including pesticide application records — are your responsibility, and it is up to you to make sure they meet whatever rules apply to your business and your state. Verify anything that matters before you rely on it.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Cutrig to break the law, to send spam, or to store other people's data without the right to do so. Do not try to break into the service, other accounts, or our systems.

9. Our intellectual property

Cutrig — the software, its design, its name and its logo — is owned by GreenScapes VA, Ltd. and protected by copyright and other laws. Using Cutrig gives you permission to use it for your business. It does not give you any ownership of it.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, rent out, or create a competing product from Cutrig, and you may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code.

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything — but nothing in this section gives us any claim over your business data.

10. Availability

We work to keep Cutrig running, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. We may change or improve features over time. If we ever plan to shut the service down, we will give you notice and time to export your data.

11. Liability

Cutrig is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example lost profits or lost business. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you were on a free plan.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Cutrig and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we are required to close by law. Except in serious cases, we will contact you first.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you — pricing, your rights, how we handle data — we will email you before it takes effect. Small corrections will just be posted here with a new date.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located there.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not sell your customers' data. We do not share either with advertisers, and we do not market to your customers.

Who else touches your data

We use a small number of companies to run the service. They only get what they need to do their job:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. If you close your account, we delete it within 30 days, except anything we are legally required to keep (for example, records of payments).

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, export it, or delete it. Email juancjara@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account and all of its data from inside the app.

Security

Your data is protected by a password, and the database enforces that each business can only reach its own records. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affected your data, we would tell you.

Children

Cutrig is a tool for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

If we make a meaningful change to this policy, we will email you before it takes effect.
